Cheque
We accept cheques to NAIROBI REALNET INVESTMENTS. Delivery happens after the cheque is cleared by the bank.
Refund Policy
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless; the Order delivered to the customer is wrong or damaged.
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason you’re requesting a refund.
Once your request or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your excess amount or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will receive the credit within 7 working days minus the transactional fees.
Mabati Yetu Factory does not accept returns. Mabati Yetu Factory is not responsible for the choices made by the customer. The company does not accept return of custom-made products.
Mabati Yetu Factory will not be responsible for damage done at/after receipt of goods or during the installation process.
Returns are made at customers’ cost. Goods will only be refunded once received and signed. The Company is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit when returning to us.
