Program Terms

You must enter your referral before their first appointment.
A referral is a homeowner/Contractor who contracts with Mabati Yetu Factory for a new or replacement roof of at least 150 square metres.
A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roofing materials are fully paid.
Referred FRIEND cannot be an existing customer of Mabati Yetu Factory or have received proposal from us in the past.
Referrals must be made through the Submit Referral Form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Mabati Yetu Factory.
There can be only 1 referrer per contractor/homeowner submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.
The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.
Mabati Yetu Factory representatives are not responsible for entering in this information into the program for the referrer.
